Soap & Glory chooses Spark for trade fulfilment
Soap & Glory chooses Spark for trade fulfilment

BrandHandling, the company behind FitFlop footwear, has gone back to Spark Response, which handles FitFlop fulfilment, to take on fulfilment for another of its businesses, Soap & Glory.

Unusually for Spark, the operation consists of deliveries to trade customers rather than consumers, which is Spark's main speciality. According to global sales and marketing manager, Victoria Montrasio: 'We needed a logistics partner for our brand distribution in the UK who had experience in retail supply and compliance.'

She adds that Spark Response's successful support of the FitFlop brand made the company an automatic choice.

Spark Response's managing director, Peter Slee, comments: 'Although we're probably better known as an e-commerce fulfilment company, there's an increasing demand from companies like BrandHandling who need a partner to handle the supply chain aspect of their business, which is exactly what we do.'

The Soap & Glory brand was launched in the UK in 2006. It comprises a range of bath, body and beauty products and is the brainchild of Marcia Kilgore, the founder of the Bliss spa chain in New York.
