'Reader offer' specialist Timscris launches fulfilment arm
Timscris Holdings, the company behind some of the leading co-branded 'reader offer' systems in newspapers and magazines, has bought out CSS Fulfilment, the Kent-based company that has handled its fulfilment for the past twenty years. The move follows a management buyout at Timscris last year. CSS now becomes part of Templar Marketing Services, a new in-house fulfilment business set up by Timscris, which will continue to provide logistics services within the group, and will also seek business from external customers. Templar will be offering a full range of fulfilment services, including call centre customer services (both inbound and outbound), data capture, pick, pack and despatch, order fulfilment, competitions and promotions handling, ticket fulfilment, outsourcing and account administration, packaging and warehousing. Timscris claims to work with almost every national newspaper in the UK, as well as with magazine publishers such as IPC Media and BBC Worldwide. It also runs its own e-commerce web site, LifeStylesAtHome.
