A warehouse management system for small and medium-sized business that can configured and deployed in just 45 days has been launched by HighJump Software.

HighJump Warehouse Advantage Express is based on the same technology as the higher-end HighJump Warehouse Advantage solution, so the company points out that there is a built-in upgrade path for users, who need not look for a replacement product as their business grows.

Its features include and visibility of inbound orders, directed put-away, a variety of picking methods, and the ability to handle shipping, directed replenishment and inventory control.

HighJump offers a flexible pricing structure for the product, which includes both licence- and subscription-based (hosted) options. Users can take only the functionality they need, then add more complex features and modules as required over time.
