Reiss contracts out 'capsule' fashion fulfilment to Zendor GSI
Reiss, the aspirational fashion brand, is one of the first online retailers to announce a fulfilment contract with Zendor since the company relaunched itself as Zendor GSI Commerce under ownership of its new US-based parent.
The contract includes both fulfilment and call centre services. Zendor GSI has will provide warehousing (goods in, storage, pick/pack, despatch), plus delivery and returns.
The call centre services are being provided on a dedicated basis. Reiss says it wanted to ensure a high standard of customer service excellence, both by telephone and by email.
The integrated fulfilment operation links Zendor's core warehouse facility in Chadderton, North Manchester with the Reiss's web site, call centre and stores. Zendor GSI is also providing marketing services including customer analysis and database marketing.
Creative agency Pod1 is Reiss's web design and build partner, and is providing the e-commerce engine for the web site.
Reiss's web site sells what is described as a 'capsule collection' of garments for both men and women, supported by an accessories range.
