Lipsy launches new web site
![]() Lipsy, the online and high street fashion brand that has just been acquired by Next, has rolled out a new web site based on Snow Valley's MUSE2 platform. It is said to deliver a feature-rich user experience aimed at maximising customer engagement. Search and navigation capability on the new site are being provided by Mercado, which has been integrated into the MUSE2 platform. Snow Valley will also be providing full integration between the web site and other line-of-business systems to ensure that the e-commerce operation is fully automated. Lipsy is using Royal Mail for its standard three- to five-day delivery service, which is priced £3.95, and Parcelforce Worldwide for its next-day service (£6.95). Saturday delivery is also offered – at a premium price of £12.50. According to e-commerce director Kristine Kirby: 'Our web site É opens up so many opportunities for taking customer engagement to a whole new level.'
