The boom in internet shopping and home deliveries has prompted unprecedented demand for Sovex Systems' conveyor products, the company says. It has also prompted the launch of the company's latest product, a telescopic vehicle loading boom conveyor – a classic piece of equipment for parcels operators.

The company says this Roller Loader differs from other products in its category because it features free-running rollers and uses gravity to transport parcels into the vehicle. The boom is simply inclined downwards into the vehicle.

Sovex says the Roller Loader combines the advantages of free running rollers with proven extending boom conveyor designs to produce a highly efficient vehicle loading device.

There are three alternative roller widths and three different extensions to cover the majority of applications. Customers can specify additional options to tailor the conveyor to their application, including a traversing chassis, full underguarding and gallows lighting.
