Call centre suite for small and medium-sized companies

A call centre software suite for small and medium-sized business which 'redefines the entire user experience of call management' has been announced by CTI Group, a specialist in this field.

Its Proteus Enterprise version 6.2 delivers much of its core functionality via a new front-end 'dashboard'. Information is said to be available instantly via click-through and drill-down reporting from the main screen, and there is also an integrated calendar for easy retrieval of historical calls records.

The solution is also said to be easier to navigate, and the graphical front-end dashboard is constantly updated to give real-time call information.

Two other useful new features are a Report Wizard, said to enable administrators to create and run customised reports in a matter of seconds; and a Call Cost Calculator, which allows administrators to calculate the cost of calls and run carrier cost comparisons.

 

For smaller businesses wanting a more extensive solution, CTI has also announced a suite called Proteus Enterprise P-Series, which is said to include the sophisticated functionality of its enterprise solution at a highly competitive price.
