Zendor opens customer service operation in Chadderton
Fulfilment house Zendor has opened a dedicated 48-seat customer service centre at its flagship warehouse in Chadderton, north Manchester. It is transferring thirty advisors from its existing facility in central Manchester, and will be recruiting to fill the other places. Altogether the new facility has capacity for up to 150 advisors to cover Christmas peaks and future growth. Whilst Zendor already operated its own dedicated contact resources within the larger call centre operations of parent N Brown, the physical separation of the Zendor team underlines the separate focus of the fulfilment operation. Zendor has been progressively transferring its core functions out to Chadderton. Marketing, IT, business development and project and client management teams joined the fulfilment staff there earlier this year.
