Flying start for contact centre software specialist

A new contact software centre software company, Infinity Contact Centre Software, has been created through a spin-off of the software division of the Teleperformance Group, an the international contact centre outsourcing specialist. The Infinity operation already services a range of customers around Europe. Alongside Teleperformance itself, these include AIG, Carphone Warehouse and Simply Switch. It says it has around 5,000 seats of installed software, and estimates its first-year turnover at over £1.1 million.

Infinity solutions are said to suit anything from a six-seat outbound call centre, using scripting only, to a 3,000-seat operation involving both inbound and outbound customer contacts, and including desktop scripting and timesheets. The system is already in daily use in both types of operation.
