NICE rolls out control centre

NICE Systems, the customer interaction specialist, has rolled together a range of its existing products and technologies to create a 'control centre' capability.

The new product, NICE SmartCenter, builds on the company's existing NICE Perform product, combining it with features of its IEX, TotalView and Performix products.

The company specialises in what it calls 'Insight from Interactions' solutions, which are based on advanced analytics of unstructured multimedia content. That might include telephony, web, radio and video communications. NICE claims to be revolutionising VoIP (voice over internet) interactions management with state-of-the-art solutions for IP contact centres, branches and command and control centres.
