Integrated contact management from Strategix
An integrated customer management solution for distributors has been launched by software house Strategix. Highlights include a single desktop environment with a view across multiple channels (contact centre, customer portal and B2B e-commerce); a short employee training time; the ability to Tracks orders "in peril" and trigger appropriate action; and real-time monitoring of quotations to ensure that sales staff are offering consistent pricing to individual customers The system will also works with Strategix's Collaboration Manager to provide supply chain event management, streamlining and coordinating activities between an organisation's internal systems and those of its customers and suppliers.
