Enhanced Web access for Mailbrain fulfilment package
Enhanced Web access, improved reporting and additional VAT management features have been introduced in a new version of Mailbrain, the solution for mail order, fulfilment and multi-channel sales from software house Sanderson. Web components in the new version allow Internet, intranet and extranet access to Mailbrain, providing up-to-the-minute information such as stock levels and order status to enhance service levels for online customers. A new management information module provides an interface that allows data held by Mailbrain to be accessed any ODBC-compliant database system, giving users the choice of industry-standard business intelligence tools to interrogate and model data. Inbuilt VAT 100 reporting automatically captures VAT data as each new order is entered and creates a summary of the information when required for VAT returns, saving administration time. Meanwhile, Sanderson is gearing up for the launch of a revised customer contact management module, which includes an enhanced user interface, improved computer telephony integration functionality and real-time monitoring of financial progress and operator performance.
