Howie back with Tibbett
After his two-year stint at GUS, where he spearheaded the group's move to extend the operations of its White Arrow subsidiary into the dotcom delivery market, Bill Howie is back at logistics group Tibbett & Britten. He was previously managing director of T&B's Spectrum Logistics operation, which focused on retail distribution, and now returns as managing director of its Fashion Europe division, overseeing all fashion supply-chain activities in Britain and Europe. Under his tutelage White Arrow was renamed Reality, and made some headway in winning new third-party logistics business, but this year the group announced that it was no longer interested in taking on any more external business.
