M-box sets out its store
m-box, the multi-channel supply-chain solutions specialist that switched its primary focus last year to fulfilment software, has reinforced its relationship with software house Perwill, its close neighbour in Alton, Hampshire. The Perwill eBiz-Manager system has now been adopted as the core for what is known as the m-box hub. This "integrates and orchestrates" processes across multiple enterprises, making customer interactions visible to across the supply chain. The m-box solution is offered to major corporate users on an outsourced ASP basis, handling a range of services that includes order-processing; delivery and returns management; multi-warehouse management; customer service visibility; customer relationship management; workflow management; and payment processing. Chief operating officer Duncan Lennard calls it "a step change in customer care and supply-chain management."
Perwill's eBiz-Manager provides integration between enterprise systems, e-business and other applications.
